Terms of Service

By using Strengths Test, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.

Strengths Test provides a self-reflection assessment based on the public-domain IPIP-VIA-R short scales. It produces a 24-strength profile, domain summaries, interpretation, and development suggestions.

Results are for personal reflection and development. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment advice and should not be used as a diagnosis or as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, or other high-impact decisions.

The complete report requires a one-time payment processed by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies. A successful payment unlocks access to the report associated with that assessment.

Report access depends on the checkout email and the access method provided after purchase. Keep the email address used at checkout available so you can retrieve the report later. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

You may use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not attempt to bypass the paywall, access another person's report, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use automated methods to copy paid content.

The site, report presentation, written interpretations, and original product content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The source assessment items are public-domain IPIP materials. Your answers remain yours.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations or produce a particular outcome. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchased report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@strengthstest.app.
